How ordering works here
This website is a way to show you what Bayt Al Hiba makes and to start a conversation. It is not a shop, and nothing on it can be bought directly.
An order request is a request
When you send an order request, you are asking us to get in touch — you are not buying anything and you owe nothing. An order only exists once we have spoken, agreed the details and the price, and you have confirmed you would like us to go ahead.
Prices
Any figure shown on a creation page is a starting point for the simplest version of that piece. The final price depends on size, detail, quantity and finishing, and we always confirm it with you before making anything.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website and no payment details are collected here. How and when you pay is agreed with us directly once your order is confirmed.
Previews and approval
For personalised work we share a preview of the layout before we begin. Please check spellings, dates and wording carefully at that stage — once a piece has been made with the details you approved, it cannot be remade as a correction free of charge.
Timelines
Everything is handmade to order, and materials such as resin need their own curing time. We agree a realistic timeline with you before starting, and we will tell you honestly if a date is not possible.
Handmade means slightly different
Colour, flower placement and finish vary a little from piece to piece. That is a property of the work rather than a fault, and it is part of why no two are identical.
Personalised items
Because each piece is made specifically for you, personalised orders cannot generally be returned or exchanged once made. If something arrives damaged or is not what we agreed, tell us straight away and we will put it right.
What you send us
If you send a photo, artwork or a logo to be used, please make sure you have the right to use it. We use it only to make your piece.
Talking to us
Questions about any of this are welcome — send them through the contact page and we will answer plainly.
