How do I place an order?
Choose a creation, fill in the personalisation on its page, and send us the order request. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm the details, share a preview and agree the timeline with you before anything is made.
Do I pay on the website?
No. There is no checkout here. Every order is confirmed with you directly, and payment is arranged with us once the details are agreed.
Can I ask for something that is not on the site?
Yes, and it is one of our favourite kinds of message. Send your idea through the Have an Idea page or straight to WhatsApp — an inspiration photo, a sketch or a description is enough to start.
Can names be written in Arabic?
Yes. Most of our pieces can be set in Arabic, English or both together. Tell us the script you want when you personalise your order.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We share a preview of the layout with you on WhatsApp and only begin once you are happy with it.
How long does a piece take to make?
It depends on the piece and on how many you need — resin has to cure in its own time. We confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp before starting, so you always know where you stand before you commit.
Can you make a large quantity for an event?
Yes. Favours, return gifts and corporate sets are regular work for us. Send the quantity and the date you need them by, and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

We are based in Dubai and arrange delivery across the UAE. The arrangement for your order is agreed with you directly when we confirm the details.
