What we do with what you send us

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. That is typically your name, your WhatsApp number, optionally an email address, the details of the gift you are asking about, and any reference image you choose to upload.

There is no checkout on this website. We never ask for, receive or store card numbers, bank details or any other payment information. There are no customer accounts and no passwords.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, agree the details of your order, and keep a record of what was made in case you come back to us about it later. That is the only use.

Where it is stored

There is no database behind this site. An order request or enquiry is sent directly to us as an email, including any reference image you choose to upload, and that email is the only record kept. Conversations continue on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and which creations get opened. We send it page and product identifiers only — never your name, number, email, message or uploaded files. You can block it with any standard content blocker without affecting the site.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful to service your order and any follow-up you might have. If you would like your details removed, ask us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The quickest way is to send a message through the contact page.
